December Fitness Challenge

Since I’ve been released to begin exercising again after my c-section less than two months ago, I really have no excuse not to get back to the grindstone. Well, I’m sure I could come up with an excuse but that’s just what it would be… an excuse.

No more excuses!!

I want to finish this year off strong! Who says you have to wait til January to make resolutions anyway?

So, my goal this month is to do at least 1,000 fitness minutes. This can be cardio or strength training. Whatever, just as long as I’m moving.

I’m also doing this squats challenge which will either kill me or make me stronger. 🙂
